All formatting occurs locally in your browser. No reservation or ticket data is uploaded or stored.
Our core principle
FlyTix is built so that your reservation and ticket data never leaves your device. All parsing and formatting happens in your browser using client-side code. There is no backend server that receives your ticket content, and there is no database.
What we do not do
We do not upload your ticket data. We do not store it. We do not log it. We do not share it. We do not send it to any third party, and we do not include ticket content in any analytics or telemetry.
Local storage
The only thing FlyTix saves on your device is your theme preference (light or dark), stored in your browser's local storage. This contains no ticket information and never leaves your device.
Analytics
We use aggregate analytics (such as Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand overall traffic and which features are used. These record page views and anonymous interaction events — such as which formatter was used or whether an itinerary was copied — but never the reservation or ticket content you paste into the formatter. Analytics events only ever contain non-identifying metadata like the GDS name and the number of flight segments.
Advertising
FlyTix may display advertising to keep the service free. Ads are served from page context and never have access to the reservation data you format.
