What FlyTix reads

Air segment linesAirline, flight number, booking class, date, city pair, status code and number of seats, departure and arrival times (24-hour or A/P), and +1/+2 arrival-day markers.
Passenger namesName elements such as 1.SMITH/JOHN MR (Amadeus) or 1.1SMITH/JOHN MR (Galileo), including several names on one line and titles.
Booking referenceThe record locator at the end of the Amadeus RP/ header line, or the airline locator in a Galileo VENDOR LOCATOR line.
Ticket numbers13-digit e-ticket numbers (for example on Amadeus FA lines), matched to passengers in order.
Fare (Amadeus)A fare total on lines labelled FARE, TOTAL or GRAND TOTAL, and a fare basis on FB / FARE BASIS lines.

Not read: SSR/OSI and remarks, seat assignments, contact and form-of-payment elements, ARNK and open segments, hotel/car/rail segments, and flight durations (not calculated, because that needs each airport's time zone). GDS dates have no year, so check the year yourself.

Before and after: a worked example

A synthetic display (made-up names and references), “Amadeus · one passenger, connection via Dubai”, and the itinerary FlyTix builds from it. Load the same example with “Load example…” in the tool above to try it yourself.

What this Amadeus formatter does

Amadeus terminal output is dense and cryptic — segment lines pack the carrier, flight number, booking class, city pair, status and times into a single row. FlyTix reads that structure and rebuilds it as a readable itinerary with full airport names, durations and passenger details.

It works with the displays travel agents use every day: a retrieved PNR (RT), the booking record itself, the TST fare element and the printed ITR itinerary.

How to format an Amadeus PNR

Copy the raw output from your Amadeus terminal, paste it into the box above, and the itinerary is generated instantly. The format is detected automatically, so you do not need to tell FlyTix which system produced it.

Once formatted, you can copy the text, print a clean layout, or export a PDF to send to your passenger — all without an account.
